What we did:

Powered by a robust content management system, the Georgia Historical Society’s web site enables their staff to manage large amounts of content and image for use by web visitors. The new site empowers visitors to browse events, exhibitions and an interactive Historical Markers database. The end result is a full-featured site that the Society continues to grow. Most recently we created an application that showcases the most comprehensive database of historical markers in the state of Georgia. This micro-site features an integrated Google Maps api that allows a user to plot a custom driving tour of their selected Historical Marker locations. In addition, the site cross-references Markers with local historic attractions.
